Ontario issues 1,252 Notifications of Interest (NOI) to Express Entry’s Skilled Trades Stream Candidates in the Latest OINP Draw
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program held a new draw on January 13, 2023, to invite 1,252 candidates in the Express Entry’s Skilled Trades category.
Ontario selected 1,252 candidates in the Express Entry’s Skilled Trades Stream, having Comprehensive Ranking System scores between 336 and 506 to issue targeted Notifications of Interest. Candidates having active Express Entry profiles with CRS scores within this range and work experience in specific National Occupation Codes received Notifications of Interest.

Ontario partners with the Canadian government’s Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to operate an economic immigration program to meet the labor market needs. Candidates, including international students and foreign workers, can apply to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) if they have the skills, work experience, and education credentials.
Ontario looks for candidates within the Express Entry pool qualifying any of its Express Entry immigration streams. These candidates receive a Notification of Interest in their IRCC online account. They should submit an online application within 45 days of receiving the Notification of Interest to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program.
