Ontario Invites 984 Candidates across 109 Occupations Under the Job Offer Stream

The latest Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draw Targeted Over 109 Occupations inviting 984 candidates on May 9, 2023.

Ontario conducted a new Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program under the Job Offer International Graduate and Foreign Worker stream. The May 9 OINP draw issued invites to 984 candidates for over 109 occupations.

The province is enhancing its PNP immigration by targeting diverse occupations to boost its thriving job market. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s recent draws aim to attract international graduates and skilled foreign workers.

The Employer Job Offer International Student stream of OINP issued 584 invitations to candidates with a minimum CRS score of 62 points. The draw targeted candidates in Tech and Healthcare occupations.

The latest OINP draw for the Employer Job Offer Foreign Worker stream invited 400 candidates with a CRS cut-off of 43 points. The latest OINP draw targeted candidates from Skilled Trades occupations.

The OINP draw underlines Ontario’s resolve to emphasize welcoming and retaining skilled individuals to bolster the workforce. The focus on occupation-specific provincial immigration will boost the province’s economic and labor market growth. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program enables candidates to apply for permanent residency and settle in the province by issuing ITAs through periodic OINP draws.
