Ontario has the highest PNP quota in 2023
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) assigns multi-year allocations to different provinces to boost provincial immigration. Ontario has the highest number of allocations for PNP immigration in 2023 among all Canadian provinces. The province aims to issue NOIs to 16,500 candidates in 2023, registering 70 percent growth in the OINP quota over the last year.
Ontario’s allocation for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program for 2024 and 2025 is 17,000 and 18,361, respectively. Ontario is experiencing rapid growth in demand for different streams of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). It explains a notable rise in the allocations for OINP.
