New Manitoba EOI Draw Invites 104 Candidates under Skilled Worker Overseas Stream

The recent Manitoba Expression of Interest (EOI) draw issued 104 invites to candidates under the Skilled Worker stream of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

The Expression of Interest draw on March 8, 2024, was the first MPNP draw of the month. The MPNP draw required a minimum ranking score of 614 to qualify for the invitation to apply for permanent residence.

Manitoba holds monthly invitation rounds across several streams under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. The MPNP draw type, size, and date depend on the total inventory of applications. Manitoba issued PR invites to 1,084 candidates this year, including the new MPNP draw for Skilled Worker Overseas candidates.

Manitoba operates the following immigration streams to welcome new immigrants for settling in the province:

Manitoba Skilled Worker Streams– Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas

Business Investor Pathways– Entrepreneur and Farm Investor programs

International Education Stream– Career Employment, Graduate Internship, and International Student Entrepreneur Pilot

Manitoba continues the trend of more invitations to apply for permanent residency to candidates with lower scores. The recent MPNP draw trends show Manitoba is boosting the intake of new immigrants with in-demand skills across occupations.
