IRCC is Developing a New User-friendly Client Experience Portal to Help Applicants
Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) plans to launch a new Client Experience Platform in Fall 2023.
IRCC is developing a new Client Experience portal by investing $85.4 million. The platform aims to provide applicants with quick and hassle-free access to IRCC programs and services. On July 21, 2023, Canada granted contracts to Salesforce Canada Corporation and Accenture to begin working on the Client Experience Platform.
These organizations will design, implement and look after the ongoing maintenance of the new Client Experience Platform. Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is expediting the portal’s procurement to help its client and other stakeholders explore various advantages.
Toward a stronger immigration system
IRCC anticipates the initial implementation of the Client Experience portal in fall 2023. It will require a few more years for its complete implementation. Applicants of Canada’s immigration programs and other partners will enjoy a seamless experience after full implementation of the Client Experience Platform of IRCC. Clients can leverage new tools and features to streamline their immigration process. Canada focuses on creating a robust and people-centric immigration system to help clients, families, and communities. The new Client Experience Platform and Case Management System will combine to speed up application handling. IRCC aims to create a flexible and responsive immigration system to address global humanitarian concerns and help the needy.
