Employers can fill up job positions faster because of the Global Skills Strategy. Aspiring candidates eligible for priority processing must meet admissibility and eligibility criteria.
Criteria for workers who are LMIA exempt
They should apply from outside Canada through the online system
Applying for an employer offer featuring within the Employer Portal
Fulfill requirements for job skills Type 0, NOC, or skill level A
Paying the Employer Compliance fee
