British Columbia Issues 203 Invites in a New BC PNP Invitation Round

British Columbia held a new BC PNP draw to issue 203 Invitations to Apply for permanent residence on February 27, 2024.

The new British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program draws targeted skills and entrepreneur immigration categories. The Skilled Worker and International Graduate category invited candidates for PR approval as follows:

Childcare occupations- 45 ITAs (Minimum CRS Cut-off- 65 points)

Construction occupations- 12 ITAs (Minimum CRS Cut-off- 80 points)

Healthcare occupations- 41 ITAs (Minimum CRS Cut-off- 65 points)

Tech occupations- 90 ITAs (Minimum CRS Cut-off- 108 points)

Veterinary occupations- 5 ITAs (Minimum CRS Cut-off- 65 points)                

The Base stream of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) Entrepreneur immigration category invited five candidates to apply for permanent residency. The minimum CRS requirement for the draw was 115 points. The Regional Immigration Pilot program of the entrepreneur stream invited around five candidates with a CRS cut-off of 106 points.  

Selection of candidates for BC PNP draws requires fulfillment of the following criteria:

French and/or English language proficiency

Academic credentials

Occupational skills

Work experience

Keen interest to work and settle in British Columbia

Candidates receiving Invitations to Apply (ITAs) must submit a complete PR application through the online portal of the British Columbia government.
