BREAKING: The Latest Express Entry Draw Invites 3,800 Candidates with French Speaking Abilities

IRCC held the second Francophone category Express Entry draw on July 12, 2023, to invite 3,800 candidates having minimum CRS cut-off scores of 375 points.

Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada continues its spell of surprise category-based Express Entry draws as it holds a second draw to invite 3,800 candidates with French-speaking abilities. The category-based Express Entry draws required candidates to prove a French language proficiency score of CLB level 7 and above.

IRCC held two Express Entry draws this week. The two draws issued 4,600 Invitations to Apply for permanent residency. There is less likelihood of more Express Entry draws in the week. However, we cannot be sure, considering the recent trend of surprise Express Entry draws.

The July 12 Francophile Express Entry draw was the week’s second Express Entry draw as IRCC conducted an all-program draw on Jul 11, inviting 800 candidates with a CRS cut-off of 505.

The category-based Express Entry draws target occupations in healthcare, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, trades, transport, Agri-food, and agriculture sectors. The occupation-specific Express Entry draws mandate a minimum work experience of six months in the relevant occupation. The work experience should be within the last three years.
