Alberta and British Columbia Issue Invitations in Recent PNP Draws
The recent PNP draws by Alberta and British Columbia processed 628 Invitations to Apply for permanent residence under various categories.
Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)
Alberta sent out 403 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates applying for provincial nomination to secure permanent residence in the province. These are the three latest AAIP draws:
August 15 AAIP draw – Notifications of Interest (NOI) letters issued to 14 candidates eligible for the dedicated Healthcare Pathway, with minimum CRS scores of 326 and above
August 16 AAIP draw – Notifications of Interest (NOI) letters issued to 300 candidates eligible for tourism and hospitality occupations. The candidates having Alberta job offers and minimum CRS scores of 408 or above qualified for the draw.
August 29 AAIP draw – Notifications of Interest (NOI) letters issued to 89 candidates eligible for construction occupations and having minimum CRS scores of 303 and above.
British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)
The August 15 British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) draw issued over 225 Invitations to Apply for permanent residence. The general draw selected 169 profiles under all streams of BC PNP Skills Immigration and Express Entry. These included 35 Tech occupations and Express Entry streams.
The BC PNP draw also issued 33 Invitations to Apply to candidates under NOC 42202 (Early Childhood Educators and Assistants). The targeted BC PNP draws processed 23 ITAs across 39 healthcare occupations.
